Summer Hat

We interupt this workout....

Note to self: Empty stomach + antibiotic + excercise = not a good idea.

I was about five minutes into my workout this morning when the nausea started. Then there were coughs as my stomach started more serious rebellion. Then I had to hit pause and rush to the bathroom. There was not much actual throwing up, and there was practically nothing in my stomach, but there was still some. When I got back to my treadmill it had reset itself. I decided that was it for the workout. I am torn as to whether or not this was whimping out.
