My gym finally got in new hand weights for the exercise studios. Ever since I've been going there, there just haven't been enough sets of 15 pound weights to go around. The new wieghts are nice, and they go up to 17.5 pounds. That's a good weight for me now for bicep curls and other heavy weight exercises, but it doesn't leave any room to grow. If my strength stat continues to go up I'm going to have to do the juggling two weights in each hand thing, and that's just awkward. At least you don't have to show up 15 minutes early to get the heavier weights anymore, but I was still 5 minutes early and snagged the last pair of 17.5s. You'd think at an all-female gym that they'd understand that women can get strong.
