Good Stuff
Friday's ultrasound showed that the placenta had moved away from my cervix, so no previa, meaning no mandatory C-section for that. Yay. The boy is breech, but Margaret was too until late in the game. I think my kids just prefer to be head up if possible. I'm not going to worry about that until January. Also, he would not be prodded by the tech into taking his hands away from his face so she could get us a 3-D face shot, not that we asked for one. His stubbornness is evidence that we did get the correct embryo.

Margaret loves yo-baby. She knows where we keep it, and is not shy about letting us know what she wants. We're a tad concerned about the sugar content, so if you know of a whole-milk yogurt without added sugar please speak up. There is no denying Dear Leader when she demands her yowawa.

The well dressed girl always wears hand-knits.

If you're wondering why you haven't seen the sweater on my Ravelry page, it's because it's my mom's work. Mom refuses to be enticed onto Ravelry, much to my frustration.

So cute! Was this Friday dress yourself day? Or did you pick out her clothes. I have to post a pic of this Friday when J dressed herself. Wacky and not even close to seasonally appropriate. (J keeps asking when Margaret will come again, which I think is super sweet!)

We eat YoBaby. I gave up on finding stuff with less sugar sadly. When Sara and Alex were little we used to get ones with the fruit on the bottom and they would always leave the fruit there. (but it had to be the flavor they liked anyway) But J sees what they eat. I think the only way to get better is to try and find plain yogurt and mabe add a touch of your own flavoring. I have no idea if plain yogurt comes in full fat though. The other full fat brand my guys liked was Brown Cow. (this was harder to find though) Stonyfield Farm also makes full fat yogurt in the adult size. (I think they still have sugar but they are the fruit on the bottom kind)

The red outfit was her choice of two options for Saturday. The sweater and hat were my additions... it was only 40 degrees out when we left on our walk that morning, so wool hat and jacket were seasonally appropriate. The pink outfit was one that Warren's mother bought her.

We went from YoBaby to Trader Joe's brand. But, I don't know that the sugar is any better. My wife is trying to do plain yogurt and adding her own stuff. This has not met with a lot of enthusiasm from the target audience.

We're trying that too - turns out the yobaby plain has no added sugar. The first experiment was not a success, as overly large chunks of blueberry resulted in a spitup.
