Dear Self,

Please note for future reference that finishing off your daughter's container of Yo Baby does not count as breakfast, especially when said baby actually eats most of the yogurt herself. This would explain why you started dry heaving two minutes into your workout, because working out on an empty stomach during the first trimester of pregnancy is apparently not a good plan. Also, pregnancy is not the best time for weight loss, and given that you are now three pounds under your retrieval weight you might want to consider that, because all the exercise in the world won't help prevent bone loss if you aren't getting enough protein, calcium and vitamin D.
